Easy to Make Pumpkin Waffles

2 cups flour                                                       4 eggs
2 Tablespoons baking powder                          1 1/2 cups milk (we use 2% or higher organic)
1 Tablespoon cinnamon                                   1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg                                       3/4 cup melted butter (we use salted organic)
1/4 teas salt                                                      1 Tablespoon vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients and pour into pre heated waffle iron. We like to serve with whipped cream with a dash of cinnamon on top, but they are delicious with maple syrup too.
