Caramel chex mix recipe
In a saucepan over medium-high heat mix the butter, corn syrup and brown sugar until it comes to a boil (about 8 minutes):

Continue cooking while boiling for 1 minute; remove from heat and mix in 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.

Mix together 9 cups of corn square cereal & 9 cups of rice square cereal and spread in 2 parchment paper lined pans.

Pour caramel syrup over chex cereal and gently toss to mix, but not smash cereal. Bake 45 minutes at 250 F (Mixing once)
