Christmas Cookie Recipes
While the cookies are baking, take a moment to gather all your decorations. You’ll want to be ready to go once those cookies come out of the oven, as it’s a bit of a whirlwind!
Once your cookies are perfectly baked and still warm, it’s time to add the finishing touches. Here’s how:
- Noses: Use red M&M’s, placing them logo-side down.
- Eyes: Add chocolate chips with the pointy side facing up
- Antlers: Carefully place chocolate pretzels on top. Remember, these can be a little tricky since they’re quite heavy. Make sure to position them closer to the center of the cookie for a secure fit. Gently press down to hold them in place.
HINT: If you can’t track down the mini chocolate-covered pretzels, no worries! Just grab the larger ones and snap them in half. They may resemble antlers a bit more, but it’ll take a little extra effort to break them carefully.
Christmas Cookies
Allow your cookies to finish cooling completely before storing in an airtight container for up to a week.
