Get ready to indulge in the ultimate treat! Imagine this: golden marshmallow, velvety chocolate, and that satisfying crunch of graham cracker—all baked into a cookie!
Seriously, do I even need to say s’more? Grab yours and let the deliciousness take over!
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpse flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 crunched graham crackers
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Cream the sugars, butter, vanilla, and egg in a bowl.
- Stir in the flour, baking soda, salt, chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham crackers.
- Drop the dough by rounded tablespoonfuls (ok, I used about 2 tablespoons of dough!) on a parchment-lined pan.
- Bake 10 minutes or until light brown.
- NOTE: The marshmallow may caramelize on the edges of cookies. This is okay, as it tastes just like caramel!
