Hi, my name is Beth Gorden and this is my online home. I have been homeschooling for almost 20 years! Before that I went to the University of Northwestern to get my double major. I took tons of classes in early childhood education and psychology to make teaching kids fun and effective!

First and foremost, I am a child of the risen King! I grew up in Madrid, Spain where my parents served as missionaries. Yep – I speak Spanish fluently! I met my best friend and husband-to-be in college. We graduated college, got married, and had kids! We’ve been married for over 20 years. We have 3 biological children and 3 treasures adopted from China. Being a mother is my favorite thing I’ve ever done. Don’t get me wrong, we have hard days like everyone else, but these little people bring me such joy and I am so honored I get to be their Mom.
If I’m not workig or teching you will find me in the church choir singing (Alto’s Rule!), teaching in children’s ministry, cooking, playing board games, snuggling with my kids, traveling, gardening, or hanging out with my family.
