Ingredients
- 1 cup butter softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 2.5 cups all purose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips I prefer Giradelli
- 1 cup chopped macademia nuts
Instructions
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth; beat in the eggs. Add vanilla and almond extracts.
- Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt. Drop in white chocolatechips and chopped macadamia nuts just until evenly distributed.

- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped macademia nuts
- 1 cup white chocolte chips I use ghiradelli
Instructions
- Use a handheld beat to cream together the butter and sugar. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until combined. Stir in flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and corn starch. Fold in chopped macadamia nuts and chocolate chips just until combined. Scoop heaping tablespoon sized balls of dough then place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart. Bake at 350 F for 10 minutes. Let cool on pan for about 5 minutes before transfering cookies to a cooling rack to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
