Ingredients
1cupbuttersoftened
3/4cupbrown sugarpacked
1/2cupgranulated sugar
2largeeggs
1/2 teaspoonvanilla extract
1/2teaspoonalmond extract
2.5cups all purose flour
1teaspoonbaking soda
1/2 teaspoonsalt
1cupwhite chocolate chipsI prefer Giradelli
1cup chopped macademia nuts
Instructions
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth; beat in the eggs. Add vanilla and almond extracts.
Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt. Drop in white chocolatechips and chopped macadamia nuts just until evenly distributed.
Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. I prefer to line mine with parchment paper to save on clean-up.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool a minute before moving to a cooling rack. Once cool put in airtight container.
