Pineapple Salsa

I love gardening and eagerly look forward to fresh product from my own backyard garden! One of my favorite ways to use our juicy, plump tomatoes and jalapeno peppers is with¬†homemade salsa recipes! This fun¬†pineapple salsa recipe combines sweet and heat (or as much heat as you care to add) for a truly tantelizing taste that will make your taste buds dance! This yummy¬†pineapple pico de gallo uses jalapenos to give it just enough zip to deepen the flavor and play against the sweet pineapple. We use this stuff by the cup full all summer long, but my favorite way to enjoy it is on my husband’s leftover smoked pulled pork and we make carnitas with¬†pineapple jalapeno salsa! Yummy just doesn’t cover how good it is!
