Ingredients
4-5largeRoma type tomatoes, havled
1cupsweet onion, copped
2cups pineapplecrushed
1/2 cupadobo sauce
1/2cupjalapenosreomve seeds to make it less spicy
1/2cupcilantro, chopped
3clovesgarlic, chopped
1/4 cuplime juice
1dashsaltor to taste
Instructions
You can cut everything by hand, but I throw the tomatoes and onion in the food processor and turn on until chopped. Add remaining ingredients and pulse to chop and combine.
