Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients and pour into pre heated waffle iron. We like to serve with whipped cream with a dash of cinnamon on top, but they are delicious with maple syrup too.
