Sausage Foil Packet Recipe

This delicious, easy-to-make Sausage Foil Packet Recipe is a sure hit!

Inside a foil packet or large rectangle foil add all these ingredients:
  • 4-6 sausage links
  • 2 cups potatoes, chopped
  • 2-3 sweet bell peppers (we used orange, red and green)

Drizzle on top 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 Tablespoons Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper, to taste.

Place a second sheet of foil over top and foil over at the edges to form a tight packet.
Place on the grill (or bake at 400F) for 20-30 minutes until sausages are fully cooked and reach an internal temperature of 160F.

Ingredients

  • 4-6 sausage links
