Try this fun dinner.
- Jumbo Shells (cook per package directions)
- 1 pkg frozen Spinach, thawed
- 1 lb ricotta cheese
- 2 cups Mozzarella
- Dash of Salt & Pepper
- Dash of Nutmeg
- Tomato Sauce
- Whole Black Olives (for eyes)
Put tomato sauce in bottom of 9x13 pan (just 1/2” or so). Mix cheeses, salt & pepper, and nutmeg. Stuff cooked pasta shells with cheese mixture and place in tomato sauce dish. Insert an olive in the middle of the “eye”. Cook covered 30 minutes at 350.












too adorable! thanks for posting this! we normally go out to dinner on halloween and watch everyone else but this year our daughter is old enough to trick or treat herself! we'll make this for a quick dinner before heading out!
