## Christmas Math

We’ve included number cards for the numbers 1-10. We also included a sign for addition, subtraction and equals. This means that kids can make their own equations to solve, or you can help them by doing it for them.

Prep for this activity is not difficult at all. You can simple print and cut out, if you’d like. If you want to make this activity one that will last for a while and be protected, I suggest laminating the cards after you cut them.  Once you have them prepped, you can play!

## Christmas Printables

You can start from the bottom, with 1+1= x or go completely random.

Have fun with these, there are so many ways you can play, the options are endless and kids will love them all!

Alternative ideas:

• Attach magnets to the back of each card, you can then play on a cookie sheet, fridge or other magnetic space. This would be helpful in the classroom.
• Grab a blank sheet of paper and ask your child to rewrite the equation and then answer.
• You can also use this to solve equations with a missing numerator or denominator. Such as x + 3 = 5.
