Reindeer foot and hand craft
I LOVE hand art – it is easy to do with kids & makes such great keepsakes when you are done! This reindeer foot and hand craft is perfect to make in December as you celebrate the holiday season and start reading lots of fun books with reindeers in them! Our reindeer craft is obviously a rudolph craft project because of the bright nose! This Christmas craft for kids is perfect for toddlers, preschoolers, kindergartners, grade 1, grade 2, and grade 3 students too.
Look at HOW SMALL my youngest Reindeer is – she was only a month old when we made these – and she was a tiny baby. I treasure that tiny reindeer!! I especially love seeing the three of their art together. We hung these on the kitchen cabinets throughout the whole Christmas season last year. Who knows what will be gracing our cabinets this year?!

The 2nd way to make this adds a little extra character. Start by painting your child’s hands tan by mixing brown and white acryllic paint. Press both painted hands on a piece of white cardstock or white construction paper. Clean hands with a baby wipe and set aside to dry.
Next paint ONE of your child’s feet dark brown and press on a piece of white cardstock. Clean off foot and once again, set aside until the paint is completely dry. You can use a paint brush to fill in any gaps you might have.
