• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 1/3 cup granulated sugar
• 3 cups apples peeled and shredded
• 1 cup walnuts chopped

Glaze

• 1/3 cup powdered sugar
• 1 Tablespoon milk
