Homemade Playdough
Gather all your ingredients:
- flour
- salt
- vegetable oil
- cream of tartar
- water
- pink food coloring
- bubble gum flavoring (I got it at hobby lobby)
Play dough recipe
Mix all the ingredients into a pan and heat over medium heat. Stir frequently. When it starts to clump together, then you can take it off the stove. When it is cool enough to touch with your hands, knead with flour on a cutting board.
NOTE: Please make sure to only give the play doh to children once it has cooled enough for them to touch safely.

Bubble Gum Playdough Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup salt
- 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 Tablespoon Cream of Tartar
- 1 cup pink water (water with red food coloring)
