- 1 can chipotle in adobo sauce

- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 hamburger buns
Instructions
- Start by heating a non-stick, large skillet or saucepan over medium heat. Add 2 pounds of ground beef and cook, stirring occasionally, to break up the meat as it browns
- Sauté chopped sweet onion along with green or red pepper. Cook until the meat is browned and the veggies are nice and tender
