- Monterey Jack cheese (or mozzarella)
- salt, pepper, & Adobo seasoning to taste
- flour tortillas (taco size)
- butter
- all-purpose flour
- chicken broth
- sour cream
- diced green chiles

Start by preheating your oven to 350°F. While that’s heating up, grab a 9×13-inch baking dish and give it a good spray with nonstick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, combine 2 cups of shredded, cooked chicken with 1 cup of ooey-gooey shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Season it to your liking with salt, pepper, and Adobo seasoning. Mix it all together until it’s perfectly blended!
