All yo uneed to whip up a bowl of this chicken taco soup are a few ingredients:
- vegetable or canola oil
- yellow onion
- garlic cloves
- jalapeños
- chicken broth
- chili powder
- cumin
- smoked paprika
- salt and black pepper
- boneless skinless chicken breasts
- diced tomatoes with green chilies
- milk
- masa harina
- black beans
- pinto beans
- corn
- heavy cream
- sour cream
- For Topping: shredded cheddar and monterey cheese, avocados, cilantro, lime wedges, corn tortilla chips

Next, pour in the chicken broth and sprinkle in the chili powder, cumin, and paprika. Don’t forget to season with salt and pepper to your liking!

- 1-2 jalapeno seeded and chopped
- 32 oz chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast or cooked, pulled rotisserie chicken meat
- 15 oz diced tomatoes with green chiles
- 1 1/3 cup milk
- 1/3 cup masa harina adds flavor and helps thicken
- 15 oz black beans can drained and rinsed
- 15 oz pinto beans can drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn thawed or drained
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 up sour cream
Toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, diced avocados, cilantro, lime wedges, corn tortilla chips
