Now to decorate your Elephants!
- Define the elephant by tracing around the cereal box cut out with a black marker or paint pen. Use the pictures as your guide. Create a loop for the ear. Add line marks on the trunk for depth and draw on an eye. You could try using googly eyes for a more simplified craft.
- Cut pieces of fabric out to glue onto the elephant’s back. Add layers of different fabrics for a fun and festive look!
- Glue a felted wool ball to the fabric for a more complete look.
- Consider adding additional decorations to your elephant! You can try stickers, gems, or yarn!
- Now decorate your ball. To create a beach ball, start with a black dot in the center. Draw curved lines out from the center. Now connect the lines, creating a large circle defining the ball. See pictures.
