All you need to make this fun card project are a few simple materials:

• construction paper to be the background – I suggest a shade of blue
• free snowman card template printables (optional)
• scissors
• glue
• crayons

Start out by folding your construction paper in half horiontally.

Now print the winter printble set at the bottom of this post. Color snowman and trees with crayons.

Cut out trees and snowman you want to use in your card. I suggest using various different sizes to help with perspective in your card.

Next, cut along the dashed lines on the paper to make your snowy hill.

Now fold the white paper accordian style as pictured/

Holding the folded construction paper so it is extra tall and opens to the right, glue the accordian folded snowy hill so the construction paper shows at the top and the white snow goes from side to side and all the way to the bottom.

Arrange your snowman and trees along the paper. Once you like the placment, affix with your stick glue.

Use markers to adde details like wavy lines showing piles of snow and white paint in the sky to show it is snowing in your snow craft.
