In our homeschool social studies we are about to start studying the Westward expansion in American History. To allow younger kiddos to play and learn along with us I created this {free} Wild West Printable Pack. It includes activities for toddlers, preschoolers, kindergarten, 1st grade, 2nd grade, and even 3rd grade students.

  6. I'm really looking forward to using this, but I have a question. Some of the pages refer to a story, but I'm not sure which book I need to go along. Could you enlighten me? Thanks so much! It all looks so awesome!

    1. There is no story. Since many of my preschool packs follow a similar pattern the instructions are just copied from one pack to another so it is possible that in the directions I just forgot to delete "the story" because some packs are based on books. To see ideas for activities and books to go along with this unit see here: http://www.123homeschool4me.com/2013/09/westward-expansion-unit-1-lewis-clark.html
