Older kids tend to move beyond the known careers like police officer, firefighter, teacher and doctor as their horizons begin to expand through books and new experiences. Kids then want to find careers that are interesting and exciting like a video game designer, athlete, chef, race car driver, Veterinarian, Inventor, or Secret Agent.
My son wants to be a scientist. He has wanted to be a scientist since I can remember, which is funny because neither his Dad or I are really into science. We encourage him and help him explore as much science as we can.

Families will have a blast playing The Game of Life game with new career cards. Families will move through the board and experience life from college to marriage, children to career changes, buying homes and lots of fun, silly things in between as you play.
This game has been allowing kids to dream about what their life will be like as a grown-up since 1960. This new edition includes careers this generation is excited about: Singer, Secret Agent, Veterinarian, Teacher, Doctor, Professional Athlete, Scientist, Fashion Designer, Lawyer, Inventor, Chef, Race Car Driver, Dancer, Police Officer, Firefighter and the top pick, Video Game Designer.
This is one of my 9 year olds favorite games! He enjoys the action cards that may let him arm wrestle with Daddy or have a dance competition, but his favorite part about The Game of Life game is spinning the wheel!
