FREE Family December meal plan with recipes and shopping list

Never Used our Monthly Family Meal Plan?

I work hard to balance things for my family .We are striving to eat better, to eat organically, to eat nutritiously, and to eat yummy food! Oh, and did I mention eat on a budget! Our family feels these meals are:
  • My meal plans are FREE!  (Your visiting my site keeps the lights on so to speak, no extra charge!)
  • My meals are nutritious & well balanced!
  • My meals are thrifty! (we pinch pennies by making good use of what foods are in season) Groceries cost our family of 5 about $125/week
  • My food is yummy! (These are all recipes my family loves; we include a dessert once a week and seasonal favorites)
  • My food is “real” and my family chooses to buy at least the dirty dozen organic!   (If you are looking for menus with boxed items, this is probably not for you)

If this is your first time using my meal plan – please read the Monthly Meal Plan FAQs

By using the meal plan below you agree to the following:
  • This is for personal use only (you may print off 1 copy for your families personal use)
  • This may NOT be sold, hosted, reproduced, copied or stored on any other site (including blog, Facebook, Dropbox, etc.)
  • All downloaded materials provided are copyright protected. Please see Terms of Use.
  • I offer free printables to bless my readers AND to provide for my family. Your frequent visits to my blog & support purchasing through affiliates links and ads keep the lights on so to speak. Thanks you!

  1. Hi!
    Thank you for this weekly menu plan!! I looked at the December Shopping List, and I don't see Green Chicken Taco Soup. Did I miss it somewhere? Thank you!!

  2. Thank you so much for this! It has given me many great ideas for what to feed my family! Only thing I have noticed, and it was on the Thanksgiving menu too, is that there still appears to be no recipe anywhere for Angel Rolls. Thank you again!

    1. Sorry the link is missing, but here is the recipe for Angel Rolls http://www.123homeschool4me.com/2013/11/favorite-thanksgiving-recipes-homemade.html

      Enjoy =)

  3. Also, there isn't anything listed for breakfast on Thursday of week 3?
