Ingredients
4cupschicken, cooked and cubed
1cupmayonnaise
1teaspoonpaprika
1 1/2cupdried cranberries
1cupgrapes, halved
1cup chopped celery
2green onions, chopped
1/2cup green bell pepper, mincedoptional
1cuppecans, chopped
1teaspoonseasoning salt
black pepperto taste
4-6croissants, bread, or buns
4-6lettuce leaves
Instructions
In a medium bowl mix together the mayonnaise, paprika saltm and pepper. Add in chicken, dried cranberries, celery, bell pepper, green onions, and pecans. Mix well and chill for 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve on a leaf of lettuce or on a croissant.
