Ingredients
- 2 cups pretzels, crushed
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cups butter, softened
- 1 quart strawberries, hulled and cut
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Using a food processor combine pretzels, 3 Tab. sugar and butter; press into pie pan. Puree strawberries, sugar and cream cheese; add to whipped heaving whipping cream until thick. Pour into crust and freeze 30 minutes or until set.
