Instructions
In a mixing bowl or blender, combine 1 cup of crushed Ritz crackers, 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs (store-bought or homemade), 3 crushed Butterfinger candy bars, and 1 stick of melted butter. Mix it all together until it reaches a deliciously uniform consistency.
Save 1 cup of the crust mixture for the topping! Now, press the rest of the mixture evenly into a 9×13 pan.
Now it’s time to prepare the filling! In a medium bowl, combine 1 quart of vanilla ice cream, two 3.5 oz packages of instant vanilla pudding mix, and 2 cups of milk. Mix until smooth and creamy, then pour it over the crust. Refrigerate until set.
Once the pudding is set, top the butterfinger dessert with a layer of whipped topping.
Finally, sprinkle with the reserved crumbs. To make it extra special you can always top with even more crushed butterfinger to really delight your family! Now refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
