Fluffy, No-Bake Summer Strawberry Dessert Cake

Ingredients
- 4 cups strawberries plus extra to garnish
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 15 chocolate sandwich cookies (Oreo type)
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 12 ounces cool whip or tru whip plus more for frosting
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
Instructions
- Line 8x4 loaf pan with foil or parchment paper.
- Mash 2 cups strawberries in a medium bowl, add condensed milk, lemon juice, and 3 cups cool whip. Pour into pan.
- In food processor mix melted butter and oreo cookies.
- Press on cool whip mixture. (you are layering the dessert upside down)
- Freeze 6 hours. Serve by inverting onto plate and removing foil. Frost with additional cool whip if you like and additional sliced strawberries.
