Ingredients
1cuphamchopped
1cupcheddar cheeseshredded
6largeeggs
2teaspoonsdry mustard
12slicesfavorite sliced bread
2 1/2cupsmilk
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Grease a 9x13 pan with butter or Pam spray. Rip your sliced bread into half dollar size chunks and put in prepared pan set aside. In a medium bowl mix eggs, dry mustard, milk, cheese, ham, and salt and pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and distribute evenly. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
Bring the casserole to room temperature while you preheat the oven to 350 F. Bake for 30 minutes covered. Uncover the dish and continue baking an additional 30 minutes.
