Ingredients
1large jarpasta sauce
1largeegg
15ozricotta cheese
1 1/2cupmozzarella cheeseshredded
1/4cupParmesan cheeseshredded
2teaspoonsbasil seasoning
1teaspoongarlic powder
16meatballsfrozen, thawed, or freshly made
16jumbo pasta shells
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 F.Start by cooking 16 jumbo pasta shells according to package directions so they are all-dente (means slightly stiff still). Run under cold water to keep from cooking and set aside.
Pour 1 large jar of your favorite pasta sauce into the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan to evenly coat
In a mixing bowl, combine an egg, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, fresh basil, and garlic. Stir everything together until well blended.
Stuff each jumbo pasta shell with a scoop of cheese mixture.
Press a frozen, thawed, or fresh meatball into the cheesy mixture of each shell, then place them in a 9×13 baking dish filled with pasta sauce.
