Ingredients
1cupbutter, softened
1cupbrown sugar, packed
1/2cupgranulated sugar
2largeeggs
2teaspoonsvanilla extract
1/2teaspoonbaking powder
1/2teaspoonbaking soda
1/2teaspoonsalt
3cupsquick cooking oats
1 1/2cupsall purpose flour
1cupwalnut pieces
1-2cupschocolate chips, toffee bits, raisins, or M&m
Instructions
Blend together the butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla until creamy.
Now mix the baking powder, baking soda, salt, oats, and flour until combined only – do not over mix?
Finally mix in walnuts and chocolate.
Drop cookies on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes exactly at 325 F.Allow the cookies to cool on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes before moving to a cooling wrack.
