This is such a fun letter activity for younger kids who are just learning their letters and the sounds they make. Start by scrolling to the bottom of the post, under the terms of use, and click on the text link that says >> Download <<. The pdf file will open in a new window for you to save the freebie. Print the black and white sheets. Cut each bracelet apart by cutting into strips along the solid black lines.
Alphabet Bracelets
Give children the alphabet coloring page along with crayons, markers, colored, pencils, gel pens, or whatever else they enjoy coloring with to decorate their alphabet bracelet. As the students color, make sure they know what each clipart picture is. This is great for adding new vocabulary.
Emphasize the beginning sound in each of the pictures to help begin building phonemic awareness of the beginning sounds of words. This is a great introduction to phonics.

Beth, thank you so much. I can’t wait to include this bracelets in my alphabet teaching.
These bracelets look really cute, but why can’t I just open the file and print a copy? I am not going to put an unknown program on my computer just to download the file. My school does not want teachers to add anything not installed by IT. I’m really sorry I won’t be able to use this activity.
No need to download anything! Ever! Click on the TEXT LINK under the terms of use that says >> Download __ << and you can print the pdf. 😉
Thank you! I can’t wait for my students to make Letter Tt bracelets tomorrow.
