This warm cheesy dip is delicious. You can serve it with Fritos & veggies like peppers & carrots. I think it is perfect for fall because of the fall colors on the spread & because it is warm, it warms you up.

• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/3 cup salsa (medium or hot)
• 6 oz Velvetta
• 2 cups Cheddar
• 1-2 Jalapenos (it isn’t that hot, you want at least one for flavor)
• Tomato (cut up as garnish)

Put all ingredients together in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave 2 minutes; stir. Microwave one more minute. It should be all melted together – serve warm.
